The story is still personal.
Nelson's Automotive has grown from years of hands-on service work into a full-service repair facility for European, Japanese, Asian, and domestic vehicles. The shop handles routine maintenance, diagnostics, tires, inspections, brakes, suspension, drivability problems, and major repair planning.
But the center of the business has not changed. Customers come here because they want someone to look at the whole vehicle, explain what matters, and help them decide what to do now, what to watch, and what can wait.
That is the fresh ending to the story: Nelson's is not just trying to repair today's problem. We are helping customers keep vehicles safe, reliable, and worth owning for the long run.
How we work
Good repair is more than replacing parts.
Every vehicle has a history. Some have dealer records, some have missing records, and some have been maintained only when something broke. Our job is to sort through what we know, inspect what is in front of us, and give advice that makes practical sense.
We still believe repeat business is earned one repair at a time. That means no scare tactics, no mystery recommendations, and no pretending a one-size-fits-all dealership schedule is the whole answer.
